Jobsite Jackpot

Contest Terms & Conditions

Blue Collar Report Campaign
Effective for the 2026 campaign ยท Sponsor: Octopusapp Inc. (d/b/a Jobber)
Open only to legal residents of the United States and Canada (with the exception of Quebec) who are over the age of 18 at the date of entry. By participating in this Contest, you represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below and are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound unconditionally by these Rules. Void where prohibited by law. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

1. Sponsor

The sponsor of the Jobsite Jackpot Contest (the "Contest") is Octopusapp Inc. (d/b/a Jobber) ("Jobber" or the "Sponsor"). The Contest runs in connection with the Jobber blue collar report campaign, a content activation program for brand partners of the Sponsor.

2. The Contest

Jobsite Jackpot is a performance-based content competition open to non-contracted brand partners (BPs) on the Jobber roster. Participants post one piece of original content tied to the Jobber blue collar report, grow their views, and choose when to cash out for a payout before tier spots fill up permanently. A live leaderboard tracks standings throughout the campaign window. Advancement between payout tiers is based solely on verified view performance and the participant's own election; no element of chance determines tier payouts.

By entering the Contest, the participant ("You" or "Entrant") agrees to comply with and abide by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. You agree to accept the Sponsor's decisions as final and binding as they relate to the content of this campaign and the Contest. Entrants should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments, or issues related to the Contest.

3. Eligibility

This Contest is open to those who:

One entry, one Player Code, one prize per creator. Each eligible creator may submit only one contest entry, receives one Player Code, and may earn only one prize. A creator may not use multiple videos, multiple posts, or multiple social platforms to enter more than once or to earn more than one prize. Only one Cash Out per creator is permitted (see Section 6).

Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members, and those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to participate. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state/provincial, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

4. Entry Period

The Contest begins on July 21, 2026 at 12:00 am Eastern Time and ends on August 11, 2026 at 11:59 pm Eastern Time (the "Entry Period"). Only submissions completed during the Entry Period will be considered for determining eligibility and winner selection.

5. How to Enter

To participate in the Contest, eligible brand partners must:

  1. Publish one original piece of content about the Jobber 2026 Blue Collar Report on a single platform (Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube) during the Entry Period. The content must meet the Content Requirements in Section 15.
  2. Submit that post via the official submission form at jobsitejackpot.com, including their name, email, post URL, current view count, and a screenshot of their view analytics.
  3. Receive a unique Player Code (format: JSJ-XXXX) confirming their entry.

One entry, on one platform. Each creator may submit only one contest entry, on one social platform. Duplicate entries, including the same or different content submitted again, or the same content submitted from more than one platform, will be disqualified. You are free to repost your video to other platforms for your own reach, but only the single platform you submit counts toward the Contest and only its views are tracked. Participants may submit updated view counts for their existing entry to reflect growth during the Entry Period; this updates the same entry and never creates a new one. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify all submissions.

6. The Board and Payout Tiers

As a participant's post accumulates views, they unlock cash payout tiers. Once a participant qualifies for a tier and a spot is available, they may choose to Cash Out and lock in their payout, or Go Overtime and wait to reach a higher tier for a bigger payout. Tier spots are limited; when a tier is full it is closed to new cash-outs until a spot is released (for example, when a participant Goes Overtime and gives up their spot). If the tier you qualify for is full, you may instead cash out at the next open tier below it, or wait for a spot to reopen (see Section 12). The decision to Cash Out or Go Overtime requires no payment or purchase of any kind and does not involve any element of chance.

The payout tiers are as follows:

TierViews RequiredPayoutSpots
Entry Level500+ views$150 USD10 spots
Day Rate2,000+ views$400 USD5 spots
Double Shift4,000+ views$600 USD3 spots
Top Earner7,000+ views$1,500 USD2 spots

Cash Out is final and happens only once. Each creator may Cash Out one time. Choosing Cash Out locks in your tier payout, completes your participation, and ends your run. You cannot keep playing, go overtime, or earn toward another prize afterward. Going Overtime is different: it does not cash you out. It releases your current tier spot back to the pool so you can grow your views and reach a higher tier, where you may then choose to Cash Out. You are only ever paid for a single Cash Out.

The Sponsor reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, payout amounts, and spot availability via the admin prize configuration prior to campaign launch. Any changes will be communicated to participants before the Entry Period begins.

7. Prizes

The total prize pool is $9,500 USD (hard cap), broken down as follows:

All cash prizes will be distributed via PartnerStack during the next pay period following campaign close. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an alternate prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. All winners assume any and all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participating in this Contest or the use or redemption of a prize.

Actual or appraised value of prizes may differ at the time of prize award. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Sponsor's discretion. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation all federal, state/provincial, and local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. The Mini-Game (Perfect Stripes)

Any participant who chooses Go Overtime from any qualified tier unlocks the Perfect Stripes lawnmower mini-game. Participants have 60 seconds to mow 100% of the virtual field. Participants who clear 100% of the field within the time limit earn a one-time $100 USD cash bonus added to their final payout, subject to the total mini-game bonus pool set out in Section 7. Bonuses are awarded in the order completions are verified by the Sponsor until the pool is exhausted. Additional completions do not earn additional bonuses. One mini-game attempt is available per Go Overtime decision; replaying or re-triggering the mini-game to claim more than one bonus per attempt is not permitted and will not be honored. The mini-game is a test of skill; outcomes are determined solely by the participant's performance and not by chance.

9. The Wildcard

Participants who submitted a valid post during the Entry Period but did not successfully cash out on any tier automatically qualify for the Wildcard at campaign close. A 24-hour Wildcard window opens at campaign close. Eligible participants may submit their final view count and a screenshot via jobsitejackpot.com for the opportunity to receive a $50 USD bonus. Valid Wildcard entries are awarded strictly in the order received; the first 4 valid Wildcard entries will win. The Wildcard pool is capped at $200 USD total.

10. Anonymous Participation

All participants are assigned a unique anonymous alias (a color and animal combination, e.g. Red Falcon) upon submission. The public-facing leaderboard displays aliases only and never real names, emails, or identifying information. The Sponsor maintains a private record linking each alias to the participant's real identity for verification and payout purposes.

11. Verification

View counts are self-reported by participants via screenshot at time of submission and cash out. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify reported view counts against direct platform analytics where available. Submissions that cannot be verified, contain manipulated screenshots, or show evidence of fraudulent view inflation will be disqualified.

Only authentic, organic views count. Views must come from real, organic audience engagement. Paid promotion, boosting, or advertising of a contest entry (including using a platform's paid "boost" or ad tools to inflate views) is prohibited, and any views obtained that way will not count. Artificial engagement of any kind is prohibited, including bots, purchased views, view or engagement farms, click exchanges, or similar tactics. The Sponsor reserves the right to audit any entry's engagement, request platform analytics or additional screenshots, and exclude or disqualify entries showing inauthentic, paid, or manipulated views, in its sole discretion.

Final screenshots for tier cash-outs must be submitted within 48 hours of campaign close, except that Wildcard final screenshots must be submitted within the 24-hour Wildcard window described in Section 9. Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.

12. Winner Selection and Notification

Each tier has a limited number of spots. When more eligible participants qualify for a tier than it has open spots, the open spots are awarded by highest verified view count first, with ties broken by earliest submission time. A participant whose qualified tier is full may cash out at the next open tier below it (a "step-down"), or wait for a spot in their tier to reopen. Spots reopen when a participant Goes Overtime (or is otherwise removed), and a reopened spot is offered to the highest-view eligible participant who entered earliest. Where view counts and submission times cannot be distinguished, the Sponsor reserves the right to award the spot by random draw among the tied participants, in its sole discretion. The Sponsor may confirm any cash out and award any spot at its discretion as part of payout review.

Winners will be notified within seven (7) days of campaign close via the email provided at submission. The Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings, or for a winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim their prize within seven (7) days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and the next eligible participant considered, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

13. Skill-Testing Question

If a selected winner is a Canadian resident and a random draw is required under these Rules, such winner will be required to correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by email or electronic means as a condition of receiving their prize.

14. Release

Before being declared a winner, the selected participant will be required to sign a declaration of eligibility and release form (the "Release") indicating that they: (a) have complied and agree to comply with these Rules; (b) accept the prize as offered; (c) will keep their winning notification confidential until notified by the Sponsor; (d) release the Sponsor, its agents, employees, contractors, PartnerStack, and any other designated parties (the "Released Parties") from any and all liability arising from participation in the Contest or their acceptance, use, misuse, or awarding of the prize; (e) indemnify the Released Parties from any and all losses that the Sponsor may incur arising out of any act or omission by the participant in connection with the Contest or the prize; and (f) except where prohibited by law, acknowledge the Sponsor's right to publish the winner's alias and general statements for promotional purposes without further compensation.

The selected participant must return the Release by the date indicated on the document. If the Release is not returned on time or is returned as non-deliverable, or if the selected participant is Canadian and a required skill-testing question is not correctly answered, or the participant is disqualified for any other reason, the prize will be forfeited and another participant will be selected in accordance with the Rules from the remaining eligible participants until the prize is successfully awarded.

15. Content Requirements

To be eligible for a payout, a submitted entry must:

  1. Mention Jobber
  2. Mention the 2026 Blue Collar Report
  3. Include at least one statistic or data point from the 2026 Blue Collar Report
  4. Follow the creator brief, including any required tags, hashtags, mentions, and links specified in it

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any content it deems inconsistent with Jobber's brand values, the creator brief, these Rules, or applicable laws and regulations.

16. Intellectual Property

Participants retain ownership of their content. By submitting content, participants grant the Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to share, reference, or promote the content in connection with the blue collar report campaign, with attribution where applicable. All trademarks, logos, designs, and promotional materials of the Sponsor remain the exclusive property of the Sponsor, and unauthorized use is prohibited.

17. Disqualification

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who: attempts to manipulate or artificially inflate view counts through bots, scripts, purchased views, paid promotion or boosting, view or engagement farms, or other artificial or fraudulent means; submits false or misleading information; submits more than one entry, or attempts to earn more than one prize using multiple posts or platforms; fails to follow the creator brief or the Content Requirements in Section 15; violates these Rules or the Jobber Partner Program Terms and Conditions; or otherwise acts in a manner the Sponsor deems harmful to the integrity of the Contest.

18. Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, PartnerStack, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) participation in the Contest and/or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Contest; (iii) electronic or human error in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; (iv) technical errors of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, software, or other mechanical equipment; (v) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or internet service; or (vi) any other cause related to the Contest.

Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall You be permitted to obtain awards for, and You hereby waive all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney's fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering the Contest). You further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

20. Modification and Cancellation

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest at any time in its sole discretion, including in the event of fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond the Sponsor's control that affects the administration or integrity of the Contest. The Sponsor may also clarify or update these Rules if unforeseen situations arise during the Contest, provided that any such clarification or update is applied consistently to all participants and communicated fairly to them.

21. Use of Data
